Triton Investments is a family business that primarily builds
and manages apartment complexes in the Mountain West. With over
thirty years in the business we have found success in keeping our
projects a low-risk investment by having a large percentage of
invested capital. This formula has proven successful for both
investors and residents even in soft markets, as we are able to
maintain a high level of occupancy and service while our
competitors sometimes struggle.
Our investors come from a wide spectrum financially and
geographically, but one thing they all have in common is they not
only reinvest but they usually recommend us to family and friends.
Some of our investors are sub-contractors that help build our
apartments. We have found that this has increased the quality of
construction because they have personal and long-term interest in
the success of the projects.
Our apartments are very large, competitively priced, with no
shortcuts in the quality of construction. We have had great success
keeping them full even during difficult apartment markets.
We consider Triton Investments more than just a business, so we
maintain close relationships with all of our partners, contractors,
and residents. There are no "middle-men" taking portions of the
income here and there. We keep direct contact with each partner in
an effort to keep this one big happy family.
